Office Covid-19 Policy
During these unprecedented times we work to keep our office a safe and clean environment for our staff, and other office tenants. As we welcome clients back into our office for the 2021 tax season, we have implemented the following protocols to continue to keep a safe workplace and keep you safe as well.

- We will see clients in-house by appointment only, for a maximum of 45 minutes. Clients must preschedule their time and will be greeted and seen in a separate designated area.
- A maximum of two people will be allowed in for your tax appointment or pick up/signing appointment.
- Restrooms are NOT disinfected or cleaned between use. Restrooms are cleaned twice per week by our building cleaning crew.
- We must keep client appointment times to their strict 45 minutes so that meeting areas can be disinfected between each appointment.
- Clients can submit their tax documents via email (mydocs@hhgtax.com), mail or the red locked drop box outside our office door.
- If you choose to pick up your completed returns or sign for them in person (if not completed at your appointment), a pick-up appointment with Jen MUST be scheduled. Clients can continue to receive their completed return via email and mail.
- Please do not enter the building if you are experiencing any of the following: fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or other cold or flu-like symptoms.
- This office is our home for 70 hours a week during tax season. We have a small staff - if one of us becomes sick, there are no back-up tax professionals. Kindly reschedule or drop off your tax information if you have been sick or are not feeling well.
